Refund Eligibility: We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

• Product Defects: If the product is defective or does not meet the specifications outlined. 

  Examples include: Receiving a different size compared to what you ordered. Receiving the wrong colored item compared to what you ordered. Noticing a tear, stain, wrong logo embroidered, etc, upon your inspection of the item at point of pickup/delivery.

• Please note that additional circumstances not mentioned here, that are considered eligible for a refund of the apparel item will be evaluated by our team.

Refund Procedure:

• To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at sales@hwhteam.org within 3 days of the delivery of the item(s).

• Provide your order number, relevant details, and reason for the refund request.

• Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours of your email contact.

Refund Processing:

• Once your refund request is approved, refunds will be processed within 2-3 weeks.

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during the purchase.

Non-Refundable Items: Certain circumstances are not eligible for refunds. These circumstances include:

• A small change in the quality of an apparel item, considering that with each sale window, products have slight variations when produced by the vendor. 
• Upon receiving your item, you realize that the size does not fit as you anticipated upon purchase.
• Failure to communicate refundable defects within the timeframe provided in the refund procedure section.
